Many roles carry requirements set by the agency: citizenship, background checks, security clearances, on-site work, or specific training. Security expectations are high, and documentation matters as much as the work itself. Contractors need people who follow process and keep good records.

Clearances and contract vehicles

Whether a role needs a security clearance, U.S. citizenship, on-site presence or other screening depends on the agency, the contract and the role. CasperB2B does not hold a facility clearance, security certifications or any contract vehicle, and we do not claim to. We work as a staffing and IT partner to the contractor that holds the contract. On the fit call we go through each role's requirements, and we only take on roles we can fill as written.

How engagement works

2. Signed scope. We write down each role, the skills, the screening needs and the schedule.
3. Candidates. You review and interview candidates before anyone starts.
4. Onboarding. You grant access through your process and train on your procedures and reporting.
5. Check-ins. We review performance and staffing needs as the contract changes.

When we are the wrong fit

If a role needs an active security clearance, on-site work at an agency facility, or a sponsor relationship we cannot provide, we will say so and you should use a cleared staffing firm. We are also not a proposal writer or a contracts advisor, and we cannot help you win an award or get on a contract vehicle.
