How a handover works
- Access. You give us access to the code repository, hosting, domains, databases and app store accounts. If something is missing, we help you recover it.
- Codebase review. We read the code, run it locally, and list what is outdated, fragile or undocumented.
- Handover report. You get a written summary: how the app is built, the risks we found, and a prioritized fix list.
- Stabilize. We fix the urgent items first, such as security patches, broken features and backups.
- Monthly support. After that, work runs on a monthly plan: a queue of fixes and requests, regular updates, and a short report of what changed.
The monthly support model
Each month covers a set amount of maintenance and request time agreed in your scope. You send requests through one channel. We confirm each one, estimate it, and ship it after testing. Larger changes, such as a new module, get their own scope so the monthly plan stays predictable.
Every release goes through regression checks from our software testing and QA services. Uptime and error alerts can be added with IT performance monitoring, so problems surface before users report them.
What we need from you
- Access to the code, hosting and accounts, or permission to help you recover them.
- Any notes or docs the previous developer left, even if they are rough.
- One person who sets priorities and approves releases.

When this is the wrong fit
