How it works
- Review. We look at your current host, domain, DNS, email records and site software and list what needs attention.
- Scope. You get a signed scope that lists what is covered, how to request help and what counts as a small edit.
- Move or set up. We set up hosting or migrate the site, test it, then switch DNS at a quiet time.
- Harden. SSL, email records, backups and monitoring are put in place and checked.
- Ongoing support. Updates and backups run on schedule, and you send requests to one place and get a personal reply.
From you, we need logins for your domain registrar and current host, and a contact who can approve the switch date.
How it differs from CasperCare and managed IT

Who it fits, and who it does not
Good fit: businesses whose site was built by someone who is no longer around, who are unsure who controls their domain, or who have had email deliverability problems.
Wrong fit: large applications with heavy traffic and their own engineering team, or sites on closed builder platforms where hosting cannot be moved. We will say so on the call.
