Stop Guessing, Start Auditing

You don't need to be a developer to know if your website is broken. You just need to look at it through the eyes of a customer.

Take 10 minutes and check these 5 critical areas:

1. The 3-Second Test (Mobile)

Pull out your phone, turn off WiFi, and load your website. Did it take longer than 3 seconds? If yes, many of your visitors are leaving before it loads.

2. The "Above the Fold" Test

Without scrolling, can a visitor immediately tell:

If your phone number isn't clickable in the top right corner, fix it today.

3. The Trust Test

Scroll through your homepage. Do you have real photos of your team, or just stock photos? Do you have recent, verifiable testimonials?

4. The Contact Form Test

Fill out your own contact form. Did you get an immediate confirmation email? Did you get a text message? If the lead just goes into a black hole, your prospects feel ignored.

5. The Service Page Test

Do you have a dedicated page for each of your main services, or just one generic "Services" page? Dedicated pages rank better on Google and convert better.

Did your site fail any of these tests? Run your site through our free Website Grader.

Frequently asked questions

How can I quickly audit my small business website?

Check five things on your phone: load speed, whether visitors instantly see what you do and how to contact you, real trust signals, what happens after a form is submitted, and whether each main service has its own page.

Why does each service need its own page?

Dedicated service pages rank better on Google and convert better than one generic "Services" page because they answer a specific search directly.
