Brand Consistency

Brand Style Guide Services: The Instruction Manual for Your Brand

A brand style guide is a reference document that sets your logo usage rules, color codes, fonts and brand voice so everything your business publishes looks and sounds consistent. CasperB2B builds style guides for small businesses.

Book My 15-Minute Fit Call

A consistent brand builds trust. We create the rules for your colors, fonts, and logo usage so you always look professional.

A Unified Visual Language

As your business grows, keeping your brand consistent becomes harder. A style guide ensures every piece of marketing looks like it came from the same place.

Color & Typography

Defined HSL/HEX codes and font pairings for web and print.

Logo Usage Rules

Clear guidelines on how (and how not) to use your logo to maintain integrity.

Visual Identity Assets

Branded patterns, icons, and imagery styles that define your look.

What the finished style guide includes

Logo rules

Approved versions (full, stacked, icon), minimum sizes, clear space, which version to use on dark and light backgrounds, and examples of what not to do.

Color system

Primary and accent colors with HEX, RGB and CMYK codes, plus guidance on which colors to use for buttons, text and backgrounds so text stays readable.

Typography

Fonts for headings and body text, sizes for web and print, and free fallback fonts for tools that don't have your brand fonts.

Voice and examples

How your business sounds, words you use and avoid, and sample lines for an ad, a social post and an email.

You receive the guide as a shareable PDF and a folder of logo files, color swatches and templates for the pieces you use most, such as social posts or letterhead.

How we build it

  1. Collect what exists. We gather your logo files, past marketing, website and anything vendors have made for you.
  2. Find the drift. We point out where colors, fonts and logo versions don't match today.
  3. Set the rules. We draft the guide, keeping what works and fixing what doesn't, without changing your logo unless you ask.
  4. Review. You review the draft, and we revise it based on your notes.
  5. Hand off. You get the final PDF and asset folder, ready to send to anyone who makes marketing for you.

What we need from you

The original logo files if you have them, examples of marketing you like and dislike, a few words that describe how you want customers to see you, and the names of any vendors who will use the guide. If your only logo is a low-quality image, we can recreate it as a clean vector file or point you to logo design.

Who it fits, and how it connects

A style guide fits businesses with more than one person or vendor creating marketing, businesses about to launch a new website or ad campaign, and owners who notice their materials all look slightly different. If you are still deciding on a name or logo, do that first. The guide makes our graphic design, social media and website work faster and more consistent. Frequently asked questions

How long is a typical brand style guide?

Long enough to cover logo, color, type and voice rules with examples, and short enough that a vendor will actually read it. Most small businesses need a focused guide, not a thick manual.

Do brand style guide services include a new logo?

Not by default. The guide documents your current logo and sets rules for it; a new or refreshed logo is a separate logo design project.

Can my team update the style guide later?

Yes. You receive the files, and we can add sections later, such as rules for video, signage or a new product line.
